What we collect
When you order from a table we store the items, table, any note, and the name or email you choose to give. Guest accounts store a username, phone number, optional email and a protected password. Team accounts store name, role and venue.
How it is used
Only to send your order or booking to the venue you chose, show you its status, and send a receipt if you asked for one. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Each venue can see only its own orders and bookings. Spota staff can access data to run and secure the service. Payments are made directly to the venue; Spota never handles card or Mobile Money details.
How long we keep it
Order and booking records are kept so venues have a complete history. You can ask us to delete your guest account and personal details at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Contact the Spota team through the venue or at the address shown on Spota.rw.
