The service

Spota lets guests send orders and bookings to partner venues and lets venue teams receive them. Only venues that have joined Spota appear on the site and accept orders.

Orders and payment

Your order is a request to the venue. Prices are set by the venue. You pay the venue directly at the table by cash, Mobile Money or card; Spota does not take payments.

Changing an order

You can edit your order until the venue starts preparing it. After that, please ask a member of staff.

Fair use

Do not send false orders, abuse staff, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may block anyone who does.

Venue teams

Venue owners are responsible for their menu, prices and team accounts, and must keep login details private.

Liability

Spota passes requests between guests and venues. Food, drinks, rooms and services are provided by the venue, which is responsible for them.
